You have the right to withdraw from this contract and cancel the purchase within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
As a special service, we offer you a return option within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Please note that worn or damaged items are excluded from returns beyond the legally stipulated withdrawal policy. If the jewelry has been engraved, we will also accept it back. Please note that in this case a flat fee of 59 euros will be charged.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please choose one of the following options:
- Simply and conveniently fill out our return form. You can find this form on our Returns page. This helps ensure a smooth and easy process.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may also inform us (ringshop GmbH, Herrenstraße 28, 4320 Perg, office@ringshop.de, office@ringshop.at, office@ringshop.ch, office@ringshop.li or office@onlineringshop.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any additional fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

6 Steps to Your Return
1) Requirements: Is the purchased piece of jewelry unworn, undamaged and was it purchased within the last 60 calendar days? Yes? Then you meet the requirements for an exchange. Remark: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2) Fill in the return form: Please complete the form in full so that we can process your return request quickly and to your complete satisfaction. You can access the return form here.
3) Sufficient packaging: Please make sure that you pack your jewelry properly so that it is not damaged when you return it. You can find information on packaging here.
4) Print out the return confirmation and enclose it with the delivery: You will receive the return confirmation by e-mail after you have completed the exchange form.
5) Print out the collection label and stick it on the delivery: You will receive the collection label by e-mail after you have completed the exchange form.
6) Credit note and refund: Once we have received the return delivery, we will check the goods, issue a credit note and refund the purchase amount.

1) Case
Place the piece of jewelry in the original case in which you received it. Please make sure that it is settled deep inside the case.

2) Protective packaging
Please place the piece of jewelry, including the case and the certificate of authenticity, in the protective packaging in which you received it.

3) Outer carton
Once you have folded up the protective packaging, slide it into the outer box provided.

4) Shipping carton
Then place the protective packaging in the shipping box. Please ensure that the shipping label is firmly and securely attached.
